Our Diving School also provides PADI manuals in all languages so you don’t have to worry about any language barriers during your course. On the boat, you will complete the courses and receive hands-on support from all the staff. Our school also provide transfers to and from the boat for free plus all our courses include a hearty lunch on board.
Children don’t have to miss out on the fun! Our Center offers a Junior Open Water course for 14+. Children under 14 can join us and snorkel as there’s so much to see in the Red Sea.

1. Course Preparation & E-Learning
To maximize your time in the beautiful Red Sea, we strongly recommend completing the theoretical portion of your course before you arrive.
Pre-Arrival E-Learning: All registered students will receive access to our digital e-learning platform. This allows you to study the course materials at your own pace from home.
Benefits: Completing the e-learning beforehand means you can proceed directly to the exciting practical and in-water sessions upon arrival, making your trip more relaxing and enjoyable.
How to Access: Please contact us after booking to receive your unique e-learning link and login credentials.
2. Diving Equipment
Complimentary Equipment: Full diving equipment rental is included in the price of our Open Water Diver and Junior Open Water Diver courses.
Other Courses & Fun Dives: For all other courses (Advanced, Specialty, etc.) and for fun-diving guests, standard equipment is available for rent at a daily rate. We offer high-quality, well-maintained gear including BCD, regulator, wetsuit, computer, and tanks.
Personal Equipment: You are always welcome to use your own personal equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, computer) provided it meets safety standards.
3. Cancellation & Interruption Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our flexible policy is designed to be fair to both you and our team of professional instructors.
Before Course Commencement: You may cancel your course free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled start date.
After Starting the Course:
Day 1 Cancellation: If you need to resign after starting your first day, you will only be charged for the course materials (e-learning code) and a reduced instructor fee of 75 EUR for the day.
After Day 1 or 2: If you choose to resign after completing one or two full days of your course, the full course fee will be charged. The good news: Your training credits never expire. You are welcome to return at any time in the future to complete your certification without any additional charges for the course itself (subject to equipment rental fees at that time).
Feeling Tired? Your safety is our priority. If you need to take a day off during your course to rest, you can do so at no extra charge. Simply inform your instructor, and we will happily reschedule.
4. Payment Methods
We offer several convenient payment options.
Preferred Method: Cash (EUR). Paying in cash helps us keep our costs low, and we can pass these savings on to you.
Accepted Currencies: We accept cash payments in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), and Swiss Francs (CHF). Please note that foreign currency will be converted at our daily exchange rate.
Credit/Debit Card: Card payments are welcome but are subject to a 3.5% processing fee (bank charges) which will be added to the total invoice.
When to Pay: Payment for courses and equipment rental is due in full on the first day of your activity.
5. Your Safety & Well-being
Medical Questionnaire: All divers must complete a standard medical statement before any in-water activity. For your safety, if any medical conditions are declared, a doctor’s clearance may be required.
Dive Briefings: Participation in all dive briefings is mandatory. These briefings cover safety procedures, dive plans, and environmental awareness.
Insurance: While we adhere to the highest safety standards, we strongly recommend that all divers have specific dive insurance (such as DAN or equivalent). Proof of insurance may be requested.
